As early as 2007, we developed waterborne polyurethanes for textile coating and printing as customers look to reduce solvent emissions and improve the ecological footprint. The requirements for these products are softness, high elongation and tensile strength, excellent resilience, wear resistance and washing fastness. We have a large number of products in the application.
The following are a few of our waterborne polyurethanes commonly used in the applications:
38% solid content. It is based on polyether. Its coating exhibits excellent softness, excellent resilience, excellent water resistance, and low temperature resistance. Aziridine or water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker can be added to further improve the washing fastness. Its corresponding NMP-free products is SiwoPUD®-805F.
35% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. It is based on polycarbonate and polyester. It is distinguished by its excellent adhesion to most kinds of fabrics
Cost-efficient, 30% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. Its coating is high gloss and transparent, and has excellent alkali resistance, excellent water resistance, and wear resistance.
45% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. It is based on polycarbonate. Its coating exhibits high gloss, excellent water resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, excellent light fastness, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and has better fullness and thickness.
45% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. It is based on polycarbonate and polyester. Its coating is relatively soft and has good flexibility. It has excellent integrated performance.
52% solid content. It is based on polyether. Its coating exhibits excellent softness, excellent resilience, excellent alkali resistance, and excellent low temperature resistance.
NMP and DMAC free, 60% solid content. It is based on polycarbonate. It has flexible film, excellent elasticity, water resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to ultraviolet and weather. It is suitable for thick coatings on sport shoe materials.
